intended to be used exclusively in association with oxidation type hair
colours or hair decolouring powders/creams. This developer offers a rich creamy consistency lending ease in the
application process. Slight emulsion allows the color to seep into every
crevice for full deposit. Available in 10V, 20V, 30V & 40V
